All Together Money has published its Impact Report 2025/26, looking at its work over the past year for the British credit union sector.
The report, A Year of Transformation & Influence, follows an eventful year that saw the apex rebrand from the Associaton of British Credit Unions Ltd (Abciul) to All Together Money – The credit union movement.
It has also been a busy year of lobbying for the sector with government, regulators and other key stakeholders.
All Together Money says this involved 24 consultation responses, 41 member briefings, 67 events attracting 1,225 attendees, and 1,097 All Together Academy users across 76 credit unions. The organisation added that it met with 15 MPs, MSPs and MSs, “helping to take members’ priorities directly to policymakers”.
The apex adds that it “continued to lead and influence on issues that could shape the future growth of the movement”.
This included work on the £30m Credit Union Transformation Fund, supporting work on common bond reform and leading the development and launch of the Credit Union Sector Growth Plan, which sets out an ambition to double credit union membership by 2035.
“This Impact Report is a reflection of what we can achieve when credit unions come together with a shared purpose,” said CEO Matt Bland. “Over the past year, we have strengthened our voice, expanded the practical support available to members and created new opportunities to connect and collaborate.
“Our transformation into All Together Money is an important part of that journey, but the most important thing is what it enables us to do for credit unions. Membership gives us the collective strength to represent the movement, influence the decisions that affect our sector and provide the support members need to grow.
“There is much more to do, and this report is not just about looking back. It is about showing what we can achieve together as we enter the next chapter.”
