A really interesting fact: Adam Smith, the grandfather of capitalism said “it is the duty of the entrepreneur to take care of the environment in which they operate”.
This was said earlier today in the context of business, but as we speak a panel of self-proclaimed 50 year old white men were just asked what someone twenty years their junior might say if they were invited to the stage.
Perhaps instead of asking what they think, they could have asked one of the over 150 young leaders who were in the room to say something.
With such a great Future Leaders program organized, there is a significant pool of talent to choose from.
