Congratulations to Abdullah Kutlu, winner of a 2012 Summit pass

Last November, the International Summit of Cooperatives held a contest at the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) General Assembly in Cancun, Mexico. This contest gave participants the chance to win a pass to the Summit. A random draw was held at the 2012 Summit booth, and the winner was Abdullah Kutlu, the General Director of the Central Union of the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey. Stéphane Bertrand, the Executive Director of the 2012 Summit, who happened to be attending the International Food and Agricultural Congress in Turkey this past February, decided to visit Mr. Kutlu and deliver his prize in person.
