The United Nations has designated 2012 the International Year of Cooperatives, which offers co-ops around the world an opportunity to celebrate the business model and its contributions to economic and social development. The IYC was a major topic for the National Cooperative Business Association's Co-op Conference in Minneapolis October 4-7, but you don’t need to be present to learn more!

International Cooperative Alliance Director-General Charles Gould and NCBA President and CEO Paul Hazen discussed their visions for the IYC, both globally and nationally. This special event was streamed live on Wednesday, October 5 and a recording is now available by clicking here.
