CFS chief joins expert panel for youth event

Co-operative Financial Services Chief Executive Neville Richardson took part in a high-profile youth event in Manchester recently.

More than 1,500 young people attended the event, which aimed to empower them to discuss the importance of politics, economics and citizenship in their lives and give them briefings on economic, political and citizenship solutions to 21st century challenges.

Mr Richardson took part in discussion and panel with Alvin Hall, presenter of BBC2’s Your Money or Your Life, and Jane Hill from BBC News.

The Co-operative Group was one of the supporters of the event and has provided £25,000 to Young Citizen’s Action Agenda (YCAA) NW project, which organised the event.
