The UK’s second biggest independent retail co-op was awarded a gold standard for its work on gender diversity by Opportunity Now, a membership organisation for employers committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
Midcounties scored highly in a UK-wide survey which looked in depth at what it does to ensure everyone has a chance to succeed, regardless of their gender.
