Heart of England Co-op has donated £10,000 to charities and good causes after members voted for six charities to share in the society’s Helping Hearts Award scheme pay-out.


Heart of England Co-op has donated £10,000 to charities and good causes after members voted for six charities to share in the society’s Helping Hearts Award scheme pay-out.


Coventry Myton Hospice received a £5,000 donation while the Parkinson’s Disease Society, Crossroads, Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary, LOROS and Multiple Sclerosis Society, all benefitted to the tune of £1,000. The survey was conducted via Heart of England’s 2008 Members’ Calendar which is distributed free to the co-op’s 65,000 registered members.
