SHOEFAYRE customers have voted with their feet to send the Co-op Group owned footwear retailer to third place in a poll of high street shops – beating Tesco and Marks and Spencer.
The Leicester-based business received the accolade in the Customer Satisfaction Index compiled by retail consultants Verdict. Shoefayre was pipped only by Ikea and John Lewis.
In the survey, shoppers were asked to rank their favourite store by range, convenience, price, service, ambience and facilities.
