LINCOLNSHIRE Co-operative marked the latest stage of its mixed retail and housing development on the edge of Lincoln when it opened new retail facilities at the Carlton Centre ? a convenience store, Post Office and a separate Travelcare unit.
It was an opportunity for society president Terry Wilmer to present donations of £ 250 to six local good causes: the Mayor's Charity Appeal, the Pelican Trust, the Carlton Boulevard Residents' Association, St Giles Youth centre, St Giles Nursery School and St Giles Community Forum.
