UNITED Co-op Travel Group's new independent holiday website has proved a hit with web surfers across the UK after its first month online.
Over 100,000 people visited the site since a massive overhaul, generating over 5,000 holiday enquiries and almost 500 bookings.
The website has been completely re-designed following the creation of a dedicated web division and the appointment of Web Division General Manager, Daniel Forster, earlier last year.
Mr Forster said: `This is an exciting time for United Co-op Travel Group as we grow our online presence and this is just the first step. Online booking will be introduced soon and, in the coming months, the site will launch a series of enhancements as we will continue to strengthen our position in offering customers a number of ways to book their holiday.`
