CO-OPERATIVE Group stores in Southampton have won an award for helping disabled people in the area to lead independent lives.
The Sholing, Totton and Shirley branches won the best large retailer award in the Southampton Centre for Independent Living Business in the Community Awards, beating Woolworths, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.
