LEARNING at a Worcester school is now more fun thanks to a £ 3,250 Community Dividend grant from the Co-operative Group.
Ronkswood Infants School used the money to help build a multi-purpose outdoor classroom including an environmental area, as well as sections for imaginative and creative play, with musical instruments and a homemade telephone.
"The classroom has made a huge difference to the children and they use it regularly," said headteacher Janet Cope. "They really enjoy being outside and it's proved to be a quality learning environment so our thanks go to the Co-op for this generous grant."
