Desjardins services now available via Google Assistant

'It’s another innovative way for our members and clients to interact with us, and another way our digital shift is delivering real solutions'

Desjardins members are now able to access their accounts by using voice commands in English or French.

The service, available to users with devices powered by the Google Assistant, will enable them to check their latest transactions and credit card balance. To access their accounts, users will have to provide a four-digit security code.

“We’re pleased to be one of the first financial institutions in the country to offer such advanced voice assistant features,” said Desjardins president and CEO Guy Cormier. “It’s another innovative way for our members and clients to interact with us, and another way our digital shift is delivering real solutions for them.
