WOCCU announces first keynote speaker for world credit union conference

Ms Dieken is the founder of Influence360, a tool that helps leaders assess their influence pattern

Executive coach Connie Dieken will be one of the keynote speakers at the World Credit Union Conference in the Bahamas on 28-31 July.

Ms Dieken will deliver the Sunday night keynote address focusing on how senior leaders can influence positive change during their organisations’ defining moment. As president of the Dieken Group, a strategic advisory firm to C-suite executives on five continents, she gives leaders guidance on how to improve performance.

She is also the founder of Influence360, a tool that help leaders assess their influence pattern. During her presentation, she will encourage delegates to think about three habits they can use to influence others and how to influence even the most difficult people.

After 20 years as a television journalist for NBC and ABC, Ms Dieken left broadcasting and launched her business leading a research project on leadership influence. The study involved over 20,000 participants. The findings were used to develop Influence 360.
