THE Fairtrade Foundation and co-operatives around the UK are gearing up to celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight from 1st - 14th March. This year is the tenth anniversary of the Fairtrade Mark and organisers have chosen the theme ?A Taste for Life' as a celebration of quality, both quality of life for the producers, which is enhanced by the Fairtrade premium, and the top quality of the products.
