CO-OP Truly Irresistible Gold Miner Ale has been included in a new book that lists the world's 300 greatest beers. Highly regarded real ale writer Roger Protz has tried beers from all over the globe whilst carrying out research for his book, 300 Beers To Try Before You Die (CAMRA Publications). Mr Protz describes the Co-op's Gold Miner Ale as having "a tart and tangy bouquet of fresh orange peel, earthy hop resins and lightly-toasted grain".
