The Golden Steps Elder Care Cooperative is a cooperative of well-trained home companions that walk alongside men and women in their Golden Age.  We handle their daily non-medical tasks and help them to get around step-by-step, keeping them safe and caring for them as if they were family.   Since we are worker-owned, we seek to provide high quality service at an affordable price to allow those we serve to lead safer and happier lives at home, giving them the comfort of knowing that they are not alone and their loved ones the peace-of-mind that they are in good hands. 

At Golden Steps we begin by getting to know about the seniors' needs. Our goal is to provide care and support to the senior so they can continue to carry on a dignified life in their home. Companions are well prepared and eager to make the senior feel as if they are with family- cared for, attended to and loved.
